How can I find the photos and videos taken during my session?

You will receive an e-mail with a link to your videos and photos the day after your session.
They are also available in your Dashboard, which you can access from your customer area by clicking on ‘My photos and videos’.
To download them, click on one of the videos or photos. You will find a button below it.

How can I be sure that the photos and videos are really taken during your karaoke session? The image insert must be present in the top right-hand corner of the karaoke screen while you're singing!

Photos and videos are available for 3 months in the Customer Area. Don't forget to download them as they are automatically deleted after 3 months.
