The invoice for your booking will be available the day after your session. You can find it in your customer area.
From your customer area:
- Click on ‘My past bookings’
- Then on ‘See more’.
- Click on ‘Get invoice’.
We cannot provide you with an invoice for the consumption ticket purchased at the time of your booking because we cannot know in advance what you will consume. This is because the VAT rate on alcoholic beverages is different from that on soft drinks/food.
Therefore, when you use your drink voucher in one of our establishments, the till receipt you receive will act as an invoice (with the correct VAT).
