For bookings at the classic rate
Don't worry, your session is more than 72 hours away, so you can make the change yourself if you haven't already done so, or contact us if you have.
Here are the steps for cancelling your session on the customer area:
- Log in to your customer area
- Enter your login details.
- Click on ‘See more’, then on ‘Cancel session’, which appears below the summary of your booking, then confirm ‘Yes, I cancel’ if you wish to cancel.
If you cancel more than 3 weeks before the start of your session, you will be refunded to the credit card used for payment.
If you cancel less than 3 weeks and more than 72 hours before the start of your session, you will receive a credit note valid for 1 year in your customer area.
If you cancel less than 72 hours before your session, you will lose the amount of the reservation.
Please note that cancellations can be made up to 72 hours before the session.
For bookings at the Early Bird rate
These bookings cannot be changed or cancelled.
