Refer to your confirmation email to find the type of booking you have made.
For bookings at the classic rate
In accordance with our terms and conditions, you can modify your session once, up to 72 hours before it starts.
- Log in to your customer area
- Enter your login details.
- Click on “See more”, then on “Modify session”, which appears below the summary of your booking.
- Choose your new session and confirm by clicking on “Confirm”.
If there is a positive price difference between your session and the new one, you will have to pay the difference. In the event of a negative price difference, the difference will be refunded to the credit card used for payment if you are more than 3 weeks away, and in credit if you are between 3 weeks and 72 hours before your session.

If you simply wish to cancel your booking and obtain a credit note, then click on “Delete” to confirm your wish. For more details, we'll answer your questions here: How do I cancel my karaoke session?
For bookings at the Early Bird rate
These bookings cannot be changed or cancelled.
