Do you have disabled access?

London:

Yes, BAM Victoria is accessible to PRMs (People with Reduced Mobility). We have disabled bathrooms on site, an elevator from our first floor to our lower ground floor and if a wheelchair user needs help to access a room, please let our team know by emailing [e-mail] in advance of your booking so we can help you organise your visit as effectively as possible.

Paris/Bordeaux:

Most of our facilities are accessible to PRMs (People with Reduced Mobility).

That said, some areas are more comfortable for PRMs than others.

If a wheelchair user needs to access a room, please contact [e-mail]. We'll be happy to help you make the most of your visit:

• BAM Parmentier ( Paris 11th) :  Ground-floor rooms (Palm, Parrot & Pineapple); main bar and toilets are also on the first floor.
• BAM Richer (Paris 9th): A ramp allows you to enter and enjoy all the rooms (except BigBox).
• BAM Madeleine (Paris 9th): The Les Cuivres & Salle de Billard rooms, on the first floor, are accessible to you.
• BAM Sentier (Paris 2nd): Not accessible to PRMs
• BAM Etoile (Paris 17th): the 2 rooms on the ground floor are accessible (Self Love and Oh My Kitsch!).
   

Madrid:
Yes, BAM LUCHANA and BAM RECOLETOS are accessible for people with reduced mobility. There is a lift and, if you need help accessing the room, please write to [e-mail] in advance.
