Can I add additional guests at a later date, if so, how & when do we pay?

London:

You are welcome to upgrade your room via your BAM account, subject to availability, or add your guests on with our fabulous reception team upon your arrival with us. You can add a guest at a later date through your BAM account and in your booking.

Paris/Bordeaux:

You can choose a larger room directly from your Customer Area, subject to availability.

Madrid:

If your session is more than 72 hours away, you can modify your booking yourself by logging into your customer account. If you’ve already modified your booking once, please contact [e-mail] to make further changes. Steps to cancel your booking:

• Log into your customer area
   
• Enter your credentials
   
• Click “Modify my booking” and confirm “Delete” if you want to cancel
   

Cancellation policy (applies to all bookings except “advance rate” bookings, which are non-cancellable and non-refundable):

4. More than 3 weeks before: refund to the original card
    
5. Between 3 weeks and 72h: credit voucher valid for 1 year
    
6. Less than 72h: booking amount is lost
