I’m trying to book a karaoke room but the room sizes don’t look like they match our group size i.e. we’re a group of 5 but there’s only rooms available for 4 and 6?

London:

Don’t worry! We can accommodate all group sizes in between our room capacity guidelines. You can select the room size down from your group size and we won’t charge you for one extra person. If there is more than 1 extra person we’ll charge you per additional person. We also have food, drink and karaoke packages which are available per person, you can view these here and book via one of our team at BAM. If you need help with your booking, you can email [e-mail] and our team can assist with booking you in.

Paris/Bordeaux:

Room capacity is not flexible. If you are a group of 5 people, for example, you won't be able to book a room for 4 people, but a room for 6 people.

If you wish to book for more than 30 people, or for more details on the number of participants allowed in the rooms, please contact us at [e-mail].

The capacity of our rooms is not flexible. It is not possible, for example, to fit 9 people into a room designed for 8. In this case, you would have to reserve a room for 10 people.

Madrid:

Our team will offer you the room with the closest capacity to your group. It’s important that the group does not exceed the room’s maximum capacity.
